I obtained my PhD in 2015 in David Klatzmann's lab in Paris, where I became a trained cellular onco-immunologist by studying tumor-induced mechanisms of dominant immune tolerance by regulatory T cells in mouse tumor models. I then developed my knowledge about Human tumor immunology and spheroid coculture systems in Matthieu Allez's lab in Paris before joining UCSF and Max Krummel's lab in 2018. Here, I am taking advantage of the CoLabs model to develop a CoProject in which I am using high dimensional profiling methods to link Human tumor immune profiles with murine tumor models. This is allowing me to improve the use of preclinical tumor models and thus accelerate the development of efficient cancer immunotherapies.
