Armita is a research associate in the Genomics CoLab and a trainee in the CoLabs Postbaccalaureate Research Program. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology in the spring of 2020 and joined the Genomics CoLab shortly after. She assists in both collaborative and service-side research projects while pursuing her own project on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
