Chris is a post-bac biological data scientist in the Data Science CoLab. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2020 where he studied Molecular & Cellular Biology as well as Mathematics. Currently, he is working with the Roose lab to analyze data for single cell RNA Sequencing experiments of human organoids spanning several cancer indications. The aims of this project are to assess the robustness of organoids as a model system and to improve immunotherapeutic approaches for cancer patients.
