Chioma is a Senior Data Scientist working jointly in the Fragiadakis and Neely labs. She completed her clinical residency in Pediatrics at Stanford. She received her MD/PhD in Systems Biology from Columbia, with expertise in cancer genomics, somatic mutation analysis, and germline variant interpretation. Now, Chioma's research focuses on using single-cell sequencing and other single-cell technologies to understand the immune system in disease.
