Jessica is the lab manager for the Disease to Biology CoLab, where she provides technical support and protocol development to various projects. She received her B.S. in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from UCLA, where she did her undergraduate research in developing bacteriophage therapy for Crohn’s Disease utilizing mouse models. Prior to joining the lab, she also did translational immunotherapy research targeting EMP2 protein in various cancer models in vivo. Her current research focuses on the immune landscape of early-stage lung cancer and fetal immune response in preterm birth.
